Attorney at law Valentina Stanković Momčilović

Career:

Attorney at law Valentina Stanković (Momčilović) graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. She completed her master’s degree at the Faculty of Law at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg in Germany in the field of international civil procedural law and international arbitration. During her studies for a master’s degree, she was a holder of scholarship of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). In addition, she completed her master’s studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade, where she is currently a doctoral student.

She has been practicing law since 2014, first as a legal intern, and then as a junior lawyer, cooperating with several local and foreign law offices. She is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association (AKB), the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ), the Initiative of German Arbitrators at the German Arbitration Institute (DIS40) and other international and national professional associations.

She mainly engages in commercial law as well as foreign law, representing clients in complex disputes before domestic courts and institutions and international bodies. She has been listed as an arbitrator of the Permanent Arbitration at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce.
