Career:

Lawyer Aneta Stanković Opsenica studied at the Faculty of Law, University of Niš, and completed her postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade in the field of labour and social law. Aneta has more than 10 years of professional experience in providing legal support to clients in the areas of social and labour law and insurance law. In addition to practicing law, she used to work in the Serbian Health Insurance Fund as a junior legal officer, and in other state institutions as a junior legal officer for general affairs.

Aneta provides support to clients on a regular basis on all issues related to the exercise of social rights, rights arising from contracted insurance, and concerning the protection of patients’ rights.

Aneta also has extensive experience in the field of administrative and property law.
